The Ministry of Education’s policy “double reduction” aims to decrease the burden homework and off-campus training for students in compulsory education. However, reducing cannot lead a decline learning quality. Therefore, optimizing design has become focus frontline teachers. This study analyzes problems primary school students’ based on teaching management practices. It proposes optimization measures under policy. Teachers should relevant concepts this background fully implement system. They also innovate layered operation mode, control number design, establish an effective feedback mechanism, facilitate efficient communication between families schools. highlights increasing importance cultivating core literacy ability, which necessitates adoption new forms education design. teachers that enhances interest subject knowledge, makes more effective, improves quality To achieve this, combine textbook knowledge with real-life examples, form cultivate comprehensive liberate from mechanical training, enable them consolidate basic practice homework. approach will improve ability students.
